Nicki Minaj’s Dancer Suffers Anaconda Bite During Rehearsal

Nicki Minaj, was shocked by the tragic snakebite on one of her back-up dancers during a rehearsal of her “Anaconda” hit for today’s MTV Video Music Awards, VMA, holding in Los Angeles, CA. Minaj had brought in a life Anaconda for the stage rehearsal patterned after a trending song.

The 6-foot long reptile bit the luckless female dancer doing the “anaconda dance” before watching audiences. The deadly reptile was later taken away in a container after the occurrence, while the affected dancer  was taken to a hospital for treatment. Minaj released Anaconda video, Tuesday, and instantly went viral. It was said to have recorded the most views in 24 hours, with 19.6 million clicks on the first day of release.

Born, Onika Tanya Maraj, in Trinidad and Tobago, the 32-years old rapper, songwriter, and actor, claim to fame was the release of the mix tapes for Playtime Is Over  (2007), Sucka Free (2008), and Beam Me Up Scotty (2009). In 2013, Minaj became the most charted female rapper in the history of America’s Billboard Hot 100 and the first female artiste included on MTV’s Annual Hottest MC List.
