The Department of State Service, popularly called SSS, have claimed ignorance of the order of the Federal High Court, in Lagos, which asked it to produce five people arrested during a raid of the All Progressives Congress, APC, data centre, located at 10, Bola Ajibola Street, off Allen Avenue, Ikeja.

Justice Mohammed Yunusa, in his earlier hearing Wednesday, directed the agency to bring the detained workers to court today.

Owing to the DSS failure, Yunusa adjourned further hearing till Monday, while the DSS is expected to comply with the court order.

The secret service raided the house last Saturday on the pretext that it received a petition that the house was a warehouse where INEC permanent voter cards were being cloned. The DSS also claimed it was not aware the house was APC office because there was no such inscription on the building.

The party however reacted, accusing DSS of acting on a false alarm that the building was allegedly being used by the party’s national leader, Bola Tinubu, to stockpile arms.
