BREAKING: C Ronaldo Retains FIFA Ballon d’Or Award

Cristiano Ronaldo has won his third FIFA Ballon d’Or award and his second in as many years at a ceremony held in Zurich, Switzerland Monday evening. He was widely expected to win the award, but Joachim Low’s Coach of the Year accolade earlier in the evening got people talking about whether or not Manuel Neuer could become the first-ever goalkeeper to lift the trophy. But an emotional Ronaldo claimed yet another gong, but this time there were no tears.
