Osun state judge Folahanmi Oloyede has filed a court action against the House of Assembly for dismissing her petition against Governor Rauf Aregbesola and for recommending a disciplinary action against her to the State Judiciary Commission. Lukman Ogunsetan, who is Oloyede’s counsel, said this on Thursday in Oshogbo, the capital of the state. Ogunsetan told journalists that the judge, Aderibigbe, in whose court the case was filed said he had not read the file and did not also mention a day for its hearing. Oloyede wants the court to stop all actions relating to the petition. She is also asking the court to compel the governor to respond to her query.
