FG Losing Revenues To Coys Defaulting On Returns Declaration – C.A.C Registrar

coporateThe federal government is losing revenues due to refusal of some companies to file their annual returns, Bello Mahmud, registrar-general, Corporate Affairs Commission, C.A.C. He said

50,000 companies, which have defaulted on filing returns, would be de-listed. He assured due process would be taken to before the companies are deregistered. Mahmud added that 9,347 out of 623,659 defaulting companies.
