A Danish teenager, Lisa Borch, who murdered her mother after watching Islamic State of Iraq and Syria (ISIS) videos of beheadings of British hostages has been jailed along with her older jihadi lover. Borch was aged 15 when in October last year she spent hours on YouTube watching footage of the savage decapitations of David Haines and Alan Henning. Afterwards, she and her boyfriend, Bakhtiar Mohammed Abdulla, 29, had stabbed her mother, Tina Romer Hiltegaard, 20 times with a long kitchen knife.
The court that sentenced her said, Borch had fallen in love with her boyfriend, Abdulla, after they met at a refugee centre near her home. The teenager had called the police after the deed was done telling them her mum had been stabbed by a man who had fled. The police, on arrival, had noticed Borch's nonchalance when they arrived the scene. Investigations later revealed she had been watching series of beheading videos by dreaded sect, ISIS, on Youtube. Speaking to Policemen, Borch's sister had said her sister and her mum had been engaged in series of arguments. She also stated that Borch had shown her the knife she was going to use to kill their mother but she had disregarded it. Investigations have also revealed that Borch and Abdulla had planned to flee to Syria to fight for the ISIS pact.
Abdulla was sentenced to 13 years in jail after which he will be expelled from Denmark.
