United States have warned Russian's interference in the Syrian conflict will worsen the situation. John Kerry, US Secretary of State, told Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov that Moscow’s “continued support for Syrian President Bashar al-Assad risks exacerbating and extending the conflict” in the country. The telephone conversation, the third in the last 10 days, is asking Russia what underlies its military build-up in Syria. US last concern was spurred by Russian President Vladimir Putin's defence of his military assistance to Assad’s government and saying the Islamic State of Iraq and Levant could not be defeated without Assad's cooperation.
