Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi has declared a two-day fasting and prayer in Enugu state. He urged residents to commit the attack on the state in God’s hands. The governor said this when he visited Ukpabi, Nimbo in Uzo-Uwani.
Ugwuanyi was reported to have broken down in tears. He was accompanied by Enugu State Commissioner of Police, Mr. Nwodibo Ekechukwu, Nigerian Army, Major General Ibrahim Attahiru, Enugu State Commandant, Nathaniel Ubong and the Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps, NSCDC.
