Kano Pillars Boss Rues Missed Chances Against Heartland

By Adebayo Williams

Kano Pillars coach, Mohammed Baba Ganaru has said that his side could have won their league clash against Heartland on Sunday if they had taken their chances. Pillars were beaten by 1-0 by the relegation-threatened Naze Millionaires courtesy of an Emeka Ogbuh strike.

“It was a good game. We both played very well and created chances but Heartland used theirs while we missed all of ours,” Ganaru said after the game.

The team will play their final game of the season against Niger Tornadoes. They sit 7th with 51 points from 35 games.
