Francesco Totti scored in Roma’s 3-1 loss to Torino to take his Serie A tally to 250. The Italian legend took his penalty well sending Joe Hart the wrong direction to grab a consolation for his side. He became the second ever to reach the mark after Silvio Piola, who retired in 1954, scored 274 goals.
The Luciano Spalletti led side had hoped for a comeback but were stunned when their on-loan player, Iago Falque grabbed his second for the day to condemn them to their second loss in three Serie A games. The loss leaves them five points behind early leaders Juventus.
