Super Eagles' Chelsea duo Mikel Obi and Victor Moses have arrived camp for the World Cup qualifier match against Algeria on 12 November at the Uyo International Stadium. The camp already has England-based Kelechi Iheanacho and Alex Iwobi, who reported on Monday afternoon. South Africa based goalkeeper Daniel Akpeyi also landed on Monday. Ikechukwu Ezenwa is also in camp.
The camp already has majority of the invited players with John Ogu, Odion Ighalo, William Troost-Ekong, Musa Muhammed, Brown Ideye, Wilfred Ndidi, Kenneth Omeruo and Leon Balogun already available for training. However, six players are expected to join the camp to have a full house.
The Super Eagles will be aiming to extend their lead at the top of the table after they beat Zambia in Ndola by 2-1. Algeria drew 1-1 with Cameroon in their opening match.
