Ex-international Garba Lawal has said that Super Eagles coach, Gernot Rohr has not shown any spectacular thing on the job. He said the German’s 100 per cent run has been down to luck. Lawal, who was a member of the Eagles team to Korea/Japan 2002 World Cup, told Footballlive.com that it was too early to sing Rohr’s praises since they had four matches left to play in the qualifying series.
The former Eagles midfielder said good teams could get bad results and in the same vein an average team can post very good results.
Rohr has overseen a 1-0 win over Tanzania in the AFCON qualifiers and victories over Algeria and Zambia in the World Cup qualifiers.
