The Akwa Ibom State Government has pegged ticket prices for the World Cup qualifier match between the Super Eagles and Algeria at N500 and N1000. The prices were announced by the Permanent Secretary of the State Ministry of Youth and Sports, Nse Edem. Tickets to the popular seats will be sold at N500 while the covered side goes for N1000.
Edem, who is also Chairman of the Media and Publicity Committee for the big game, assured that the Akwa Ibom State Government was working in harmony with the Nigeria Football Federation to deliver a hitch–free game on Saturday.
The Super Eagles will continue their campaign for a World Cup ticket against Algeria at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo on 12 November. The camp has recorded early arrivals and has since begun training. The Eagles sit top of the group with three points, from their victory over Zambia in Ndola, two ahead of Cameroon and Algeria and three more than bottom-placed Zambia.
