Premier League defending champions Leicester City showed fans that they still possess part of the magic that saw them emerge champions last season as they whipped Manchester City 4-2 at the King Power Stadium on Saturday. Jamie Vardy scored in the third minute before Andy King added a second two minutes later. The oxes soon raced into a 3-0 lead in twenty minutes when Vardy scored his second of the evening.
Pep Guardiola's men were dazed as they kept possession for most part of the game. The second half was worse as Vardy got his third of the night with 12 minutes left to play. Aleksandar Kolarov's superb free kick and Nolito's strike made sure the Citizens reduced the embarrassment.
The result sees City remain fourth with 30 points, four behind temporary leaders Arsenal.
