Buhari Arrives Kaduna, Set To Be Flown By Helicopter To Abuja

President Buhari has arrived in Nigeria. The President, who has been on medical vacation in the United Kingdom, landed in Kaduna at about 7am on Friday, according to Mr. Femi Adesina, Special Adviser (Media and Publicity) to the President. He will be flown in an helicopter to Abuja from Kaduna. The Nnamdi Azikiwe International Airport is closed for work on its runway.

“We are now at the helipad at the Aso Villa awaiting his arrival from Kaduna. The flight will take about 40 minutes”, said Adesina in an interview with the News Agency of Nigeria.

Adesina announced yesterday that President Muhammadu Buhari would return to Nigeria on Friday.
