Omeruo Donates N2m To Ailing Emetole

Super Eagles defender Kenneth Omeruo has donated two million naira to ailing Kelechi Emetole. reports that Omeruo was said to have reached the former Rangers International and Heartland coach’s wife, Phoebe, to make his donation.


Emetole, who played for Nigeria at the 1976 Nations Cup in Ethiopia, was diagnosed with throat cancer which needs $11,000 to remove. He was a member of the coaching crew of the 1985 World Cup winning Golden Eaglets, Flying Eagles and Super Eagles.
