A clash among street gangs on Lagos Island has led to the death of three persons. According to Vanguard, the latest killing was brought about by the death of a man identified as Osigin, who incidentally was a member of the Okesuna street gang. He was believed to have been killed by a rival gang based on Patey Street. Learning of Osigin’s death, his colleagues mobilised and allegedly sought support from their allies in Oshodi to avenge his death. They Okesuna thugs and their mercenaries thereafter stormed Patey Street to unleash the mayhem that left three deaths in its wake.
