Fire Razes 35 Shops In Ibadan

Traders at the … have lost goods worth millions in Oyo state capital, Ibadan , to fire. The incident happened on Sunday morning.

The fire was said to have begun around 3a.m and raged till about 10 am.

Secretary to the Oyo State Government, Olalekan Alli, reacted that government would investigate the matter.

The South West Coordinator NEMA, Yakub Suleiman, confirmed that at least 35 shops were destroyed.

Most of the traders affected were those selling agricultural products, chemicals, and allied products.
