Nigerian indigenous singer, Sodiq Yusuf, better known as CDQ, has apologized for calling former 2018 Big Brother Naija housemate, Ifu Ennada a one-night stand lady.
The 'Woss' singer, who apologised in a post on Instagram, said he had actually met the former housemate and that they didn't even know each other's house.
While Ennada was in the house, she had told her fellow housemates that CDQ dumped her after sacrificing a lot for his music career to succeed.
Hours after Ifu made the statement, CDQ reacted to Ifu’s claim that he never dumped her as claimed, revealing that they only had sex once and she's just a one night stand lady.
But in a recent interview, the evicted housemate countered the singer, calling the indigenous rapper as an ‘a**hole’ for referring to her as a ‘one-night’ stand lady.
However, CDQ has apologised, saying said he is sorry for clapping back at the former housemate.
"To all the beautiful ladies out there I understand how hurtful my clap-back to Ifu Enanda of Big brother Naija was.
I was just shocked by the fabricated stories she was telling the world while she was on the Big Brother Show.
Mam, God knows we only met once. You did not even know my house neither do I know yours or any of ur family.
So I don’t understand where your drama is coming from.
You don’t take advantage of an artiste with any opportunity u have by fabricating lies because you want to get the world’s attention or pity... We human too and we got feelings.
My reply was to let u understand “You don’t play around fire expecting not to sweat” #Tunechi ? So biko Ifu-Enada Mabinu mami SayMama ?? Love reigns ? Woss," he wrote.
