Saudi Arabia's Mohamad Al-Sahlawi will train with Manchester United for three weeks. The 31-year-old aims to get sharper for the World Cup in Russia and believes training with the Red Devils will help his quest.
The development was announced by Turki Al-Sheikh, the Chairman of the General Sports Authority, GSA, of Saudi Arabia.
Mourinho is not interested in signing Al-Sahlawi, who plays for Al-Nassr in his homeland but the arrangement is part of a commercial agreement with the Old Trafford club and sporting authorities in the Gulf state.
Preparations haven't gone particularly smoothly for the World Cup so far and Saudi were comfortably beaten 4-0 by Belgium in a friendly on Tuesday.
Saudi Arabia face Russia in the opening game of the tournament.
