Falcons’ Ordega Continues Scoring Form In US

Super Falcons forward, Francesca Ordega on Sunday scored in the third consecutive game for her club, Washington Spirit in the U.S. National Women Soccer League.

The former Rivers Angels attacker, who had netted in back to back games against Portland Thorn and North Carolina Courage, scored in the 1-1 draw against Chicago Red star.

Under the heavy down pour, Ordega put her team ahead in the fourth minute when she finished off a cross by Mallory Pugh.

Chicago Red Star however, leveled up in the 20th minute with a goal by Alyssa Mautz.

Both teams afterwards failed to convert begging scoring chances but held off for a draw.
