HoR Reacts To Newsbreak’s Story, Reduces Gbajabiamila’s Age

A change of information has been made on the biodata of Hon. Femi Gbajabiamila, the Majority Leader of the House of Representatives, on the parliament’s website.
Newsbreak.ng in its earlier report pointed out that Gbajabiamila’s bio was published on the website to include his being a member of opposition Peoples Democratic Party, which he is not.
No sooner was the report published than a correction was swiftly made on the website information. Despite the correction, a grave error was made. This time around, the ruling All Progressives Congress lawmaker had his age reduced from 55 years to 48 years.
The reduced age contradicts the official known age of the lawmaker, who held a lavish celebration on his turning 55 years last July. Expectedly, Gbajabiamila will be 56 in June 2018. More so, the lawmaker’s information published on Wikipedia corroborated he was born in 1962.
Gbajabiamila did not respond when this website sought his comment for the story. The fourth term lawmaker is seeking to be re-elected for the fifth term of office.
