Super Eagles’ Wilfried Ndidi has won Leicester City’s Young Player of the Year Award. The 21-year-old beat team-mates Demarai Gray and Ben Chilwell to win the award for the second time.
The midfielder joined the Foxes in January 2017 and become an integral part of the team. He has made 33 appearances for the club this season before he sustained a hamstring injury in a Premier League tie against Crystal Palace last weekend.

Also, he leads the Premier League top of tackle charts with 138 tackles ahead of Idrissa Gueye and N’Golo Kante.
Meanwhile Harry Maguire has been awarded the club’s Players’ Player of the Season and Player of the Season awards. Jamie Vardy collected the award for the goal of the season while Wes Morgan and Kasper Schmeichel received award for the performance of the season in their match away to Southampton.
