Coach of the Nigerian national team, Gernot Rohr, has released his starting team list for Saturday's game against Croatia at the 2018 World Cup in Russia.
According to The Cable, the Super Eagles head coach will employ his favourite 4-3-3 formation for the game, which kicks off at 8 pm (Nigerian time).
Led by captain John Mikel Obi, the team's set-up largely remains unchanged from the recent defeats to England and the Czech Republic.
In goal would be the youngster, Francis Uzoho, who will be making his competitive debut for Nigeria.
However, one half of the "Oyinbo Wall", Leon Balogun, will start from the bench today, following an injury he picked up in training on Thursday.
The team's midfield was also tweaked by coach Rohr as new Stoke City signing, Oghenekaro Etebo; and Leicester City midfielder, Wilfred Ndidi, come in for Vice-captain Ogenyi Onazi and Joel Obi.
The attack line also remains unchanged as the three usual players are set to start in their positions.
Starting XI for Nigeria:
Shehu Abdullahi, William Troost-Ekong, Kenneth Omeruo, Brian Idowu,
Etebo Oghenekaro, Wilfred Ndidi, Mikel Obi,
Alex Iwobi, Victor Moses, Odion Ighalo.
