Super Eagles’ Oghenekaro Etebo has signed a five-year deal with Championship side Stoke City.
The former Feirense midfielder had been on loan at Las Palmas all through last season before he was snapped up for £6.35 million. He is the first signing of coach Gary Rowett since he joined the Potters in May.
“We’re really excited to have got the deal over the line for Etebo,” Potters boss Gary Rowett told the club website.
“I’m looking forward to seeing him in a Stoke City shirt as I’m sure our supporters are too.”
Etebo is one of the players in the Super Eagles’ squad to the Russia 2018 World Cup.
