Home-based Super Eagles’ striker, Anthony Okpotu, has joined Moroccan club side, Difaâ Hassani d’el-Jadida, on a three-year deal.
The former Lobi Stars of Makurdi striker played for Nigeria at the 2018 African Nations Championship, CHAN, hosted by Morocco earlier this year. He scored once with Nigeria winning silver at the tournament.
The 24-year-old had earlier had an unsuccessful spell at Danish Club, Brondby, in April.
Okpotu finished the 2016/17 NPFL season as the highest goal scorer with 19 goals for the Makurdi side.
