Super Eagles forward, Ahmed Musa, has joined Saudi Arabia top flight club Al-Nassr FC from Premier League side Leicester City.
Al-Nassr FC confirmed Musa’s signing on their verified Twitter handle on Friday.
According to the club, Musa, 25, put pen to paper on a four-year contract with the Saudi side.
“Al-Nassr signed a four year contract with Nigerian left winger and former @LCFC player Ahmed Musa @Ahmedmusa718, welcome to the Global Club Ahmed!” the club wrote on their handle.
Al-Nassr finished third in the 14-team Saudi Arabia Pro League last season and will feature in the Asian Champions League in the coming campaign. They have won the Saudi top division title eight times and last won it in the 2014/2015 season.
Musa moved to Leicester City on 8 July 2016 for a then club record £16.6 million. He scored his first goals with the club in a friendly against Barcelona in the 2016 International Champions Cup which ended in a 4–2 loss.
On 30 January 2018, he returned to CSKA Moscow on loan for the remainder of the 2017–18 season.
At the 2018 FIFA World Cup, Musa scored the two goals that saw the Super Eagles beat Iceland 2-0 in their second Group D game.
