Two suspects, Michael Akinkuloye and Abiodun Aguda, were brought before the Ogba Magistrates' Court at Agege on Friday for allegedly stealing N400,000 from one Ilesanmi Fayokemi, an attendant at SOJ petrol station.
According to the charges, both Akinkuloye and Aguda were alleged to have committed the crime on 17 August, 2018 at 2:30pm at Access Bank, Ayobo, Ikeja, Lagos.
The offence contravened and is punishable under Section 287 of the criminal laws of Lagos State, 2015.
After reading the charges to the two suspects, they both pleaded not guilty.
The presiding magistrate granted them bail in the sum of N200,000 with two sureties who are gainfully employed and must show evidence of tax payment in Lagos State.
