Efizzy music diva, Yemi Alade on Thursday went on social media to blast Nigerian leaders for failing to provide basic amenities for Nigerians.
The 'Johhny' singer, in a post said she's tired of the heartless Nigerian leaders, who careless of the plight of the people that voted them in power.
According to the singer, the roads and hospitals are bad, she added that education is the country too is bad. She however, stated that there is no support system for the entertainment sector.
“Why are our leaders so heartless?” she tweeted on Thursday night, mentioning President Muhammadu Buhariu‘s handle.
“The roads are bad, hospitals are bad, education is bad,” she added. “We put in our best to create jobs for the people in our industry with no support structure. Now you want us to vote?” she concluded.
In another tweet, she said that the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, and the All Progressives Congress, APC, have failed. “PDP and APC have both failed us,” she said.
Alade was recently nominated alongside Wizkid, Burna Boy, Flavour and Davido at the just concluded 2018 AFRIMMA award.
