– Working when ill
Working when sick is very bad because your body is begging for rest and you should take a break until you recover completely.
– Polluted Air
You can’t wear a mask all the time of course, and there is not much you can do with this. The brain needs a lot of oxygen and this polluted air deprive us of it.
– Covered Head While Sleeping
It sounds weird but we need as much oxygen as we can get during the night. This limits you to breathe in the whole oxygen, also you get more carbon dioxide this way.
– No Sleep
Not sleeping for long periods of time reduces the number of healthy brain cells. Sleeping repairs the whole body from the stress and it regenerates every cell.
– Too much sugar
Reduce your sugar intake if you want to protect your brain. Prevent brain damage by consuming foods high in nutrients but low in sugar.
This makes you gain weight, be obese, damages the stems in the brain and reduces the mental focus.
The worst of all habits. It has many side effects but for the brain, it causes shrinkage and dementia related issues like Alzheimer’s.
– No breakfast
Breakfast is the most important meal of the day and avoiding it causes blood sugar spikes and irregularities. If you skip breakfasts you deprive your brain of nutients thus causing damage.
– Lack of stimulating thoughts
Having stimulating thoughts opens new pathways in the brain and activates it entirely. Lack of such thoughts leads to brain shrinkage or damage due to inactivity.
– Rarely talking
Talking makes the brain work and activates it. Engage in intellectual talks as much as you can and boost the health of the brain.
