46 Nigerian Students Make History At US Varsity

Forty-six Nigerian students have made history in Howard University in the United States after they were formed more than half of the graduating class of the medical school.

Of the 46, 16 were presented awards for being the best graduating students.

A total of 27 awards were given with the Nigerians claiming more than half of it to the amazement of parents and well wishers present at the ceremony. 

Also, of the 96 students, 46 were Nigerians. 

Former United States President, Barack Obama, the commencement speaker, talked about race and encouraged all the graduates to be proud of their blackness and to always love and embrace who they are.
