Arsenal have already had a £40 million offer rejected by Palace who value the Cote d’Ivoire star at £80 million.
And Arsenal hope to match that offer on the provision that they value Chambers, midfielder Elneny and Jenkinson at a combined £40 million.
Zaha, is currently away on international duty with Cote d’Ivoire at the Africa Cup of Nations, and should be in action in today’s semi-final against Algeria.
And he has been given personal assurances by chairman Steve Parish, who he has a close relationship with, that he will not be priced out of a move and the south Londoners are not trying to stand in the way of him progressing his career.
