Battle of Damaturu: Military Pounds Boko Haram With Fighter Jet

The Nigerian Military  has deployed heavy artillery and fighter jet against Boko Haram siege on Damaturu, in Yobe State. Premium Times, which has been updating developments in the war-torn town, quoted a source who said they could still hear booming sounds  of explosion and shootings.airforce drops 2

Yobe State Commissioner of Police Marcus Danladi was also quoted by the online newspaper as saying “we are still under fire; Kindly sympathise with us. There is nothing I can tell you now.”
