Fire At Accountant-General’s Office Extinguished 

The fire that gutted the fourth floor of the Treasury House, where the office of the Accountant-General of the Federation is located, has been extinguished.

It took the combined effort of the Federal Fire Service, FCT Fire Service, Navy and Air Force to put out the fire.

The Nation reports that the Minister of State Budget and National Planning and the Accountant-General were on hand to assess the level of damage.
