Social media influencer, Ademola Adewale, popularly known as Adeherself, has revealed that she has been trying not to fall into depression, following her experience in the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
She recounted in a new video, that her time in EFCC custody was hard, saying her parents and manager had to organize counseling for her from the United States after her release.
The skit maker said she had been trying to make social media videos due to requests, but stated that things are not quite the same anymore.
She said the experience has made her lose her zeal, and that the energy is no longer there .
She thanked everyone who has been checking up on her, including celebrities who reach out to her.
Adeherself was arrested by the anti-graft agency in June, over alleged internet fraud.
She was released on bail on July 15, 2020.
