Olufolake Abdulrazaq, wife of Kwara State governor, has offered to help the blue-eyed woman, who was abandoned by her husband because she gave birth to children with same colour of eyes.
The woman, Risikat Azeez, went to live with her parents after her husband, Abdulwasiu Omo-Dada, and his family started showing wrong attitude towards her, due to the unusual colour of her children’s eyes.
She moved in with her parents when the animosity got out of hand.
After her story went viral, the wife of the state governor has now expressed willingness to help Azeez and her children.
Abdulrazaq mentioned on social media, that she has been in touch with the mother-of-two through her foundation, ‘Ajike People Support Centre’.
She added that she will also work to reunite the woman with her husband,
According to reports, the woman has revealed that her five-year-old older daughter has not started schooling because of lack of funds.

“The First Lady of Kwara State has been in touch with the family through the @Ajike_ Centre. We’re also doing everything to support Mrs Risikat and her children and possibly unite the wife and the children with the husband,” the First Lady tweeted through her official account.
