Police Change MOPOL Operatives, Bars Non-staff From EFCC Premises

The Assistant Inspector General of Police, MOPOL, has ordered the immediate redeployment of mobile policemen attached to the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).

He ordered that fresh operatives be deployed to the commission. He added that the withdrawn officers must report to the Force Headquarters on Monday.

In a police wireless message sited by our correspondent, the AIG ordered that only members of staff of the anti-graft agency must be allowed entry into the premises.
