Police Find Cocaine Aboard Presidential Plane


Police in Spain have discovered 37 packets of cocaine, weighing 39kg, aboard an advance military plane of Brazilian President, Jair Bolsonaro. 

The substance was found as the plane made a stopover in the country before making it’s way to Tokyo, venue of the G20 summit, which Bolsonaro is expected to attend.

In a statement released on Wednesday, the Brazilian Air Force said the airman was arrested on suspicion of drug trafficking.

Bolsonaro has said the airman will be punished accordingly if found guilty of drug trafficking.
