PSG Plan To Swoop Zaha From Palace For £100m
French champions, Paris Saint-Germain, are planning a stunning £100 million move for Crystal Palace’s Wilfried Zaha as a replacement for Neymar, according to reports in England.
PSG are sending a delegation to London this week as the tug-of-war over between Barcelona and Real Madrid for Neymar hots up.
If PSG’s near £200 million demand for Neymar is met by Barcelona, the Brazilian attacker will return to Spain and Zaha could be on his way to the French side.
The European transfer window shuts in just eight days’ time.
Sources from The Mirror said PSG see Zaha, 26, as a player whose style and ability would excite the Parc des Princes crowd.
Palace made it clear to both Arsenal and Everton this summer that they valued the Ivorian winger at around £100m.
PSG are also keen on Juventus star Paulo Dybala if they lose Neymar, and should he move to France from Juventus then the Italians will try to sign Christian Eriksen from Tottenham as part of a transfer merry-go-round.
But signing Dybala would not prevent a move for Zaha as well for the French champions if the price is right.
Zaha only signed a five-year deal worth £130,000 a week at Selhurst Park last summer.
