Senate Stops Magu’s Confirmation

The Nigerian Senate Thursday stopped short of confirming Ibrahim Magu, the chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission, EFCC. The Senate had listed the EFCC boss’ confirmation on its Order Paper on Wednesday, but the matter was conspicuously missing on Thursday’s Senate agenda list.
