Golden Eaglets of Nigeria have been drawn in Group B alongside Hungary, Ecuador and Australia at this year’s FIFA U-17 World Cup in Brazil.
The draw was held on Thursday, at the FIFA headquarters in Zurich, Switzerland, with the 24 teams drawn into six groups of four teams.
The Eaglets, who are the most successful team at the U-17 World Cup with five titles, will open their campaign on October 26 against Hungary.
Their second group game comes up on October 29 against Ecuador before taking on Australia in their last group game on November 1.
Africa’s champions Cameroon, are in Group E with Spain, Argentina and Tajikistan.
Angola will square off against hosts Brazil, Canada and New Zealand in Group A, while Africa’s fourth representatives Senegal, will battle USA, Japan and Netherlands in Group D.
The Eaglets last won the 2015 U-17 World Cup in Chile under the guidance of Emmanuel Amunike.
Kelechi Nwakali, Samuel Chukwueze and Victor Osimhen, featured for the Eaglets in Chile.
