Some Nigerian soldiers on Wednesday, gathered at a Church in Borno State to celebrate Christmas.

The soldiers were seen in a video, singing and dancing, despite the challenges they face against Boko Haram insurgents.

The army repelled an attack by the terrorists on Biu Local Government on Christmas eve, which reportedly left 48 of the insurgents dead.

According to United Nations, Nigeria has been fighting the terrorist organisation since 2009, a war which is now into its first decade.
